Editorial Illustration Design

Concept artwork created to introduce a magazine editorial based on a gripping article about a family sailing the Tropics on their yacht, and the disastrous consequences resulting from an encounter with killer whales. Both the ocean and killer whale are custom illustrations in black pen and colored pencil. All background textures and typography were added digitally, post-illustration.
